i1juta Platform Usage

1. Definitions and Scope of Services

"i1juta Platform" refers to the i1juta.app website together with all services, products and content available on it, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and esports betting.

"Member Account" means a personal account registered by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing and using the services on this platform.

"Transaction" covers any deposit, withdrawal, bonus receipt or wagering activity carried out through a member account.

The scope of these terms covers all interactions between members and the platform, including the use of any mobile application (if available), live chat features, and all gambling products offered.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use i1juta's services, an individual must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be located in a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited.
• Not have been placed on a self-exclusion list by any other gambling platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

i1juta reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a copy of an identity card (MyKad), passport or other valid relevant documents.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the i1juta platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Member Responsibilities

• Ensure that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current and complete.
• Keep the password confidential and do not share login details with anyone.
• Notify the i1juta support team immediately if any unauthorised activity on the account is suspected.
• Update personal information whenever any changes occur.

Account Verification

i1juta reserves the right to require an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) before allowing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. This process is a security measure intended to protect member interests and the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The i1juta platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is confirmed. This timeframe is subject to additional verification requirements and the operating hours of the payment provider.

Transaction Security Responsibilities

Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment details submitted are accurate. i1juta does not bear any losses arising from errors in transaction information provided by the member.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

i1juta offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated on the respective promotions page.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

VIP Programme

Loyal i1juta members can be part of the VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a member's activity and loyalty on the i1juta platform.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the i1juta platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and esports betting, operate according to their respective game rules as set by the licensed game providers.

Game Results

The results of all games are final once processing is complete. i1juta uses certified random number generators (RNG) or certified live game providers to ensure fairness in every game session.

Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game session, i1juta reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the member's account. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are invalid and will not be paid out.

Sports and Esports Betting

Odds for sports and esports betting may change at any time. All bets that have been accepted and confirmed are bound to the odds at the time of confirmation. Disputes relating to odds or match results must be submitted to the support team within a reasonable time after the result is announced.

7. Prohibitions and Unauthorised Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the i1juta platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or the verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to launder money through the betting platform.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through methods that violate the terms.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's security systems.
• Any form of fraud or misconduct involving other members' accounts.

i1juta reserves the right to take legal action against any party involved in fraudulent or criminal activity through this platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

i1juta reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is a breach of the terms of use, suspicious activity, or reasonable security grounds. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be held until the investigation is complete.

By Member (Self-Closure)

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the i1juta support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and the account will be blocked from accessing the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

i1juta provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The platform is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by another party.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

i1juta's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to any claim.
